The Birth of Coffee is a special project of The Image Expedition, a not-for-profit photographic & documentary organization. The Birth of Coffee project has attracted a variety of industry sponsors that have supported this project by purchasing books and prints and sponsoring exhibitions. Sponsors include:

Community Coffee - This progressive organization purchased books from Random House that were printed in a special Community Coffee edition. They also commissioned a set of prints from The Birth of Coffee collection, now on exhibit in their new corporate headquarters in Baton Rouge, Louisana. They will also sponsor an exhibition in Baton Rouge.

Folgers Coffee Company and Millstone Coffee Company - Folgers and Millstone have sponsored Birth of Coffee exhibitions in Napa and Kansas City. The premiere exhibition, sponsored by Millstone, took place at Copia, The American Museum of Wine, Food and the Arts in Napa in 2002. Folgers will also sponsor an exhibition in Cincinnati.

Sara Lee Coffee And Tea - Superior and Sara Lee sponsored exhibitions in Las Vegas and New York City.

Maxwell House and Gevalia - Maxwell House will sponsor an upcoming exhibition in Washington, DC in 2006. Gevalia sponsored an exhibition in Boston in 2003.

Rothfos Corporation - Is one of our preview exhibition sponsors for the 2000 NCA Fall conference. They have also purchased books to be given as gifts.

Ronnoco Coffee Company sponsored an exhibition in St. Louis

Caribou Coffee will sponsor two exhibitions. One in Minneapolis-St. Paul and the second to be determined.

F. Gavina and Sons has agreed to sponsor exhibitions in Miami and Los Angeles
