Desired Space: approximately 1200-1350 square feet
Clean white walls with proper gallery lighting, if artifacts are taken venue needs to supply secure vitrines and proper insurance
At this time, the objectives of The Birth of Coffee are fourfold:
- create an appropriate environment in order to view images and accompanying text which we call visual artifacts.
- Incorporate (4-6) coffee artifacts (picking baskets, wooden pilon, worker timecards, coffee bags, coffee money) gathered in the field that have relevance to the images
- to facilitate community outreach activities
- The goal of the exhibition is to extend the viewers' personal coffee experiences, providing them with an understanding of the many people who work long hours bringing coffee to the
